Iris reticulata 'Harmony' -good for pots. Ht, 15cm. Sky blue flowers feb. Many other early small Iris available.
Chionodoxa forbesii & Chiondoxa luciliae - aprox 12-13cm tall. pale blue/white centres delicate flowers.
Muscari (Grape Hyacinths) - for example Muscari azureum, aprox 12-13cm tall, flowers March-April. Many white, blue, or purple varieties.
Scilla (same family as bluebells) Small delicate white or blue starry flowers on some varieties.
Dutch Crocus- many shades of blue/lilac/purple/cream
Dwarf Tulips, for example white Tulip fosteriana 'Concerto'. 23cm ht.
Tulip Purissima (White Emperor), 40cm. mar-april flowering. RHS awarded.
Tulip Weisser Berliner (White Triumph) sturdy white rounded flowers. 35cm ht. April/May flowering.

Iris histrioides George, has gorgeous purple flowers, Ht 13cm.
Not sure if Wyevale & Nottcutts do all of these..I've seen Homebases selection of bulbs & they have a few white in white or blue. (may be too big though)
